Lucky Bianka Atino is a dynamic and vibrant leader from Northern Uganda, passionately committed to cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, technology, and youth empowerment. As Queen Miss Uganda 2024-2025 and the 2nd Runner-Up in Miss Tourism, she has used her platform to promote Uganda’s rich tourism sector while launching impactful initiatives that celebrate and safeguard her community’s cultural heritage.
Lucky’s work emphasizes the importance of preserving traditional practices and promoting local arts, fostering a deep sense of pride and identity among the youth. Her commitment to cultural preservation is intertwined with her advocacy for environmental sustainability. A staunch environmentalist, she actively encourages sustainable practices that protect natural resources and ensure resilience for future generations.

She promotes the use of digital tools to inspire innovation and community development, particularly among young people. In addition to her advocacy work, Lucky is a Computer Science student at Lira University, combining her academic background with her passion for tourism, culture, and technology. She believes in leveraging technology to introduce innovative solutions that contribute to community-driven change and sustainable development.
Lucky’s vision is to promote Uganda’s tourism, protect cultural and natural heritage, and empower young leaders to drive positive transformation in their communities.
